Knowledge Link Intercultural School is dedicated to providing an international-standard education underpinned by wholesome Islamic values, primarily for Muslim families but not excluding any others interested in our holistic education philosophy.
We are driven by a passion to help each student along their path of learning whilst challenging them to be creative thinkers and inspirational leaders. Our schools are community-focused with parent involvement an integral aspect of our ethos.
KLIS understands that each child is a unique individual with their own special abilities and talents. We aim to promote and develop the essential qualities and skills necessary for our students to reach their maximum potential and become confident, motivated and independent people.
In addition, through the teachings of Islam, students learn respect and tolerance towards others. They become socially and environmentally aware of their surroundings, which will guide them to becoming caring and responsible citizens of the world.

Knowledge Link Intercultural Primary and Secondary schools follow the UK curriculum, therefore potential students are required to be proficient in the English language to effectively follow the lessons being taught and to communicate in class. With the exception of Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic (optional language module) all lessons are taught using English as the medium language.
For primary school students:
Students will be assessed in both English Language and Mathematics by means of our placement test. We then follow this with an interview with the student and the parents to discuss the results and outline the next steps in the procedure.
For secondary school students:
Students wishing to enrol at KLIS Secondary are expected to have a solid understanding of English. However, we fully appreciate each student’s unique attributes beyond their comprehension of one language. Therefore, if a student has not met the required language level of entry, yet shows a clear desire and willingness to improve, then they will be able to attend our Pre-enrollment English Foundation Course.
Students will be assessed in English Language, Mathematics and combined Science by means of our placement tests. We may also test other subjects as well if deemed necessary to to gauge a student’s all-round level of academic ability. We then follow this with an interview with the student and the parents to discuss the results and outline the next steps in the procedure.
